SHIPPING

Items will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. After the item is dispatched, it should arrive within 3-5 working days however this may be longer. We are based in the United Kingdom and we do not ship Worldwide. The shipping fee will be applied at checkout. Tracking details will be emailed to you once the item has been dispatched.

RETURNS

You will have 14 days to return your item if it is not suitable. Item must be returned to us unworn/unused, with tags attached and with the receipt. The customer must pay for shipping costs to return the parcel. Please contact us at info@nayeemthobe.com to start your return, with your order number. You will be notified once we have received the item and have inspected it. If the item is in a suitable condition, we will refund you using your original payment method, this can take up to 10 working days or longer depending on your bank or credit card company.
